POMONA'S DRAUGHT PERRY

Named for the Roman goddess of orchards and fruitful abundance, Pomona's Draught, is a divine blend of the finest Herefordshire perry pears from the 2022 harvest.

Expect sweet boiled sweets on the palate, balanced by gentle acidity. The texture is smooth and slightly unctuous, lending a satisfying weight and roundness to the mouthfeel. Clean and lightly lingering, with a touch of citrus zest on the close.
