    Three days of live music on the village green, with the market running from 10.30am on the Saturday and Sunday. Ten minutes down the lane from the barn — this one's our local, and we're one of the festival's sponsors.

    In its 29th year, and still one of the biggest in the country — hundreds of cask ales, ciders and perries over three floors, plus street food and live music. Run by CAMRA's South Hertfordshire branch.

    West Country cider and local cheese under the vaulting of Wells Cathedral, with artisan stalls, street food and live music. It sells out — book ahead.
